I've lost my serial number.

If you have the email address or the order/invoice number of the purchase, then you can quickly look up old serial numbers.

 

If your purchase was recent (2009 - today) then you can look up your serial number here:

If your purchase was older, please send us an email and we will do our best to locate the order information. 

If you can't locate your serial number in either database, or no longer have the email address, we may still be able to help. Send us a support email and include the details of your order. We'll do our best to scour our database for your purchase history.
